Their strawberry u-pick season starts up each year around the middle of April and goes all the way through June. You can come out and grab pre-picked berries, or you can grab a bucket and go pick some yourself!

Porter Farms and Nursery

Porter Farms and Nursery is a family farm with two locations around North Carolina. They love creating memories, whether they are offering their famous u-pick produce or are serving up ice cream through the summer. Their pick-your-own strawberry season starts around the middle of April. You will be able to pick from quarts, 4-quart buckets, and 8-quart flats to hold all of your finds.

Pace Family Farms is a family-owned and -operated spot that specializes in strawberries. They open up in the middle of each April and offer u-pick hours to the public. You will be able to either use a bucket from the farm or bring your own. They also offer quarts, baskets, and buckets of pre-picked in case you are in a rush.
