Once your session is booked, we’ll chat — either on a quick planning call or through email — to plan every detail and make sure you feel completely prepared. I’ll share wardrobe tips and help you choose outfits that work best for your family and your newborn.
Together, we’ll choose the perfect location, whether that’s in your home, my studio, or somewhere meaningful to your family. When session day arrives, everything will come together beautifully and feel completely natural.

When your gallery is ready, you’ll get to relive your newborn’s session and see their portraits for the first time. This is such a special part of the experience — full of joy, laughter, and the moments that make this season unforgettable.
You’ll be able to order your favorite images, albums, and artwork directly through your gallery or, if you’d prefer, we can meet virtually to walk through everything together. However you choose, the process is simple, flexible, and designed to fit your busy life.
studio experience
If you prefer a clean, classic, and fully prepared space, a studio newborn session is a wonderful option. My studio is designed specifically with newborns in mind — warm, quiet, and stocked with blankets, wraps, and everything needed to keep your baby comfortable and secure.
Here, we can create timeless portraits with consistent lighting, simple backgrounds, and beautifully styled setups. The studio offers a peaceful environment where you can relax while I safely pose and photograph your little one.
It’s the perfect choice if you want curated, polished images with an elevated, fine-art feel for your Raleigh newborn photo session.
Includes:
• Up to one hour of shoot time with two outfit changes
• One location that fits your style
• Receive Lindsey’s Senior Style Guide after booking — complete with outfit inspiration and prep tips for your session
• Flexible ordering experience — view your portraits and make selections through an online gallery or virtual appointment
Session Fee: $250
All artwork and digital images purchased separately. Clients typically invest $800+ on their final collection.

There’s something incredibly special about photographing your baby in the place where your story begins. Your in-home newborn portrait experience is a fully personalized session designed by Raleigh newborn photographer Lindsey Lambert.
In-home newborn sessions are relaxed, comfortable, and completely baby-led. I’ll work in the rooms with the best natural light — often the nursery, primary bedroom, or living room — and guide you into natural, connected moments with your little one.
No need to clean perfectly or stress about having everything “just right.” I bring everything we need and create a calm environment so you can simply enjoy being together. These sessions capture the beauty of your everyday life…the tiny details, the soft snuggles, and the real moments you’ll want to remember forever.
Includes:
• Up to two hours of shoot time with three outfit changes
• Two locations that fit your style
• A wardrobe consultation to plan outfits and styling
• Receive Lindsey’s Senior Style Guide after booking — complete with outfit inspiration and prep tips for your session
• Flexible ordering experience — view your portraits and make selections through an online gallery or virtual appointments
Session Fee: $350
All artwork and digital images purchased separately. Clients typically invest $1,200+ on their final collection.

The First Year Membership is for parents who don’t want to blink and wonder where it all went.
When you join, you become part of a small group of families choosing to slow down and hold on. With sessions spaced across your baby’s first year, you’ll build something real, a story that’s yours to keep.
Because some seasons only happen once. And they’re too important to forget.
One session that holds so much
The newborn session that holds the beginning you’ll never want to forget
A newborn session is an invitation to slow down, take a breath, and simply be with your baby.
We spend up to one hour (and more if needed), with plenty of space for feeding, soothing, and holding your baby close, and when you arrive, you’re not worrying about the details. We’ve already had a calm planning call, where we’ve talked through your vision, chosen a location, and selected what you’ll wear from the client wardrobe.
Whether we photograph in your home, outdoors, or in a studio, the experience is made to feel natural, unhurried, and centered around connection and care.
Afterward, you’ll view your images in a private gallery, and together we’ll turn them into something lasting for your home, framed, bound, and ready to be lived with for years to come.
$250 creative fee
+ Most clients spend at least $850 on artwork and digital images following their session.
